Exterior renderings can be prepared to show the exterior of a building or a structure with its site or other surroundings. They can be used to explain a design to a client, promote a project to the public, or to interest potential investors or tenants in your project. A rendering can be based on some simple sketches, prepared from your CAD data of a final design, or anything in between. Multiple renderings can be prepared to show different design concepts or to show how a building appears night or day. Still images can be produced in whatever format you desire and animations can be produced to walk through a project.

This image was prepared during the design of a fountain and adjacent landscaping to be added to and existing building. The same model was used to generate images incorporating the existing site as shown in the photomontage portion of this site.
