For this client's retail space, we designed a new entrance to replace the original stairs and roof. The new design uses materials and design elements from the original building to create an entrance that stands out, but still seems to belong to the building. This project is currently under construction.

This project involved a complete renovation of an existing building to a new use. The shell of the building was re-used but all of the interior and building systems were completely replaced. For this project an addition provided a new interior stair and expanded the Inn's office to include a new lounge and breakfast area. Along with the addition, selective exterior renovations improved the buildings image, while staying within the establishment's budget.
